I knew there were some advantages to living in Jersey - other than the beneficial tax rate, gorgeous weather, no VAT on car purchases, no road tax, etc....

what can I say - it's not easy being a tax exile! hehehe

BTW it wasn't supposed to be a pun (them's the brakes) but considering that any distance greater than 7 miles puts me into the English Channel, I guess it's pretty appropriate.

i just paid up for my car insurance.....3.5k with privilege....."any disabilities?" they ask...."my driving record" i reply!! this is my second year with them and they really are good.

i only wish i was!!! i pay more for the insurance every month than i do the car!! BUT, this car is worth it.!!
