Default Introduction

Hi !

I'd just like to introduce myself, my name is Alan Stacey, I live in Tring, Hertfordshire and I am 40 in three weeks and due to pick up my shiny new Black (fastest colour ?) S2000 on March 1st from Braylake in Luton ! I know you should never wish your life away, but at the moment I cannot help it !

I've been reading this forum for the last couple of weeks, and it seems to contain great information/advice.

I have one question though !

What the hell are Muz mats ? Everyone seems to have them.

The reason I am interested is that rather than take the offered (

Alan - good to read your first post.

running in the engine is an S2000 Black Art or a Scientific process depending on your technical love or not - something like 600miles is supposed to be the minimum before you VTEC the engine aka above 6000rpm. Some people do it on one trip so the other advice is to make sure you vary the engine speed/load during that period.

If you go to the FAQ section - there is quite a bit on picking up the car - what to look out for.

Oh yes, Muz mats are the rear window protector ones, you get them from Muz!

Hi Alan, congratulations on purchasing your S2000 in the fastest colour.

Most important thing is to check your oil on a weekly basis, without fail !!

Muz is a site sponsore, click on his advertisment to see his products, I highly recommend them.

Andy how long did it take to get your Muz Mats? Ordered mine 07/02/2002 with "Express Courier Shipping" and beginning to need them with this lovely weather we are having.
