So you've never taken the baffles out to hear the exhaust at full chat?
You're not a proper Invidia owner until your ears bleed.

Seriously mate, it's only 2 wee bolts under the rear tips that hold the baffles in. (If they're still made the same way).

Actually, it might be something as simple as the bolts loosening off in the heat, so might not be a fault.

This pic is similar to the Invidia baffles, the bolt that holds the baffle to the tip goes through the hole in the bottom.

Check the tips Dan. Mine did this.

You can unhook the rear hanger just enough to lower the exhaust and drill out the rivits. Fit new rivits and "bobs yer uncle"

The exhaust has probably sucked in an old lady or some children and they're just letting you know they're in there!! ;-)

Puppy Puppy - My bet of the exhaust off by the 10th of August looks like it is gonna come a good one for me

Seriously I would contact your supplier and try for a replacement, I wouldnt suggest a DIY fix until you get no joy with a replacement from the supplier, if they won't offer a replacement contact Invidia and tell them you are posting on S2ki, surely that will be enough for them to sort the problem rather than lose any business.

When and if a new one arrives, get it on fleabay and get your money back, before you suffer from hearing damage

Im not attacking it at all...

I have no experiance with exhaust systems, and dont want to have to do it..

Its not even a month old.. they will replace it...

Or i will slander there name till the cows come home and distroy there S2000 business lol...

Naa, i am sure they will be fine and understanding. They seemed liek a very helpful lcompany when i contacted them regarding fitment.

Yeah, fair enough.

Just make sure they don't see the video from Sat'dy

Have you confirmed it's the tips that are rattling?
