So i have been searching and searching on the forum trying to save my self from posting and asking a question that i know would have been asked before, but i can't find the answer that i require.

I have a standard Type A headunit in my 55 plate S2000 and i have the adapter to plug my iPod into it using the CD Changer aux output. My Question is, how do i remove the standard head unit in order to plug this in? My car does NOT have a CD changer already in it.

I can't seem to figure out how it removes and i don't want to damage the dash.
