What paint are you using?
Thanks.

Hammerite Aerosol with Waxoyl. You can get 5 600ml cans on ebay for £29.99 delivered (£9 each from Hafords).

I am going to use something more durable for the underside, just for that bit more added protection against stones etc.

I know the feeling, it's a slow process.removing the underseal from under the car to paint it hard work. Did you do anything with the fuel tank?
Mine had rust spots even under the stonechip lol

I haven't got that far yet. When i have built up my new subframes ready to go on i will do all the underside of the car properly when i can get to everything! To be fair the wheel arches wernt too rusty just covered in shit and mud. I am dreading when i do underneath i really don't want to find anything bad

UPDATE

Slow progress but i removed all the old bushes and ball joints on all the upper and lower arms and sent to the powder coaters.

Also have on order a full set of Polybushes. I went for the Strongflex kit as i have read good reviews of them and they are a fraction of the Powerflex prices. I went for the 90ShA hardness.

I have however, ordered a set of Powerflex Compliance Bushes. So if anyone wants/needs some polyurethane compliance bushes i will be selling a set cheap!

Will keep updating as i go....

Looking at getting a BGW to go with the Track/Time Attack theme i am going for...

Most people seem to be running the Voltex/Js BGW's so i thought i would either go custom and get BYC to make me something or go for a cheaper option and get the Aero Kit 360/460mm... *hides*

Has anyone run one of these on their s2k...?
