Just fitted Cusco lower front brace
Yesterday, as well as doing my brakes, I fitted my cusco lower front brace yesterday, that Chris got hold for me. So my S2000 is now officially modded (disks, pads and fluid doesn't really count)
First impressions are of a stiffer, slightly more jittery front end, albeit in a good way. I can now tell a bit more what the front end is doing, and whilst the bumps don't seem to unsettle the car as much as they did, I can feel more vibration, but I don't mind that.
Chris also noticed that my car is running lower than average, due to the hard use. Apparently there should be a 3 finger gap between tyre and wheel arch, and I'm down to 2 now.
So now I've set up my shopping list and rough priority for suspension mods.
1 Front tower brace
2 Lower rear brace
3 Front ARB
4 Rear ARB
5: then a big push all at once
Coilovers (I'm thinking Bilstein as Dembo's felt good)
Bumpsteer,
drop links
My next decision is whether to go for second set of wheels next or just go for the suspension. I think wheels, as I can kill a set of tyres now.

Good work Mark.
What prices were all the bits if you dont mind me asking?
What brakes did you go for?
Be interesting to see how you feel it performs on the Ring.
I too will be going for the Billies before long I think...

Chris wasn't worried, he took it out for a test drive and said it felt fine. But they do need replacing at some point. they're not seized or leaking. But all stock dampers/springs do that over time. I've just accelerated the process.
Chris,
Not sure on the ARB's at the moment. I need to do some research. It'll be a couple of months before I get around to getting the ARB's.

Seriously, get the rear lower. It's a) cheap, and b) much more effective.

In which case I'll just do the rear lower and go for the ARBs. A few of the american guys think all the braces are snake oil. It's weird because I can feel the front being stiffer. Whether it makes the car quicker or not though. Who knows.
