Should they not be 245, or do they already have a wider tread?

 

Any other Tyre brand or model:
Front 205/55/ R16
Rear 245/45/ R16

225 will be fine. I really dont get why people are obsessed with 245s.

Because the 225 968 S-02s were shit! Great fun, but shit.

That might have been the construction, but most probably it was the 225 tread. The ESJZ S-02s have a 245 tread on a 225 carcass.

Poor Luke's getting more confused: it's 225/50 OR 245/45 to keep the diameter right; so you're right.
