Default Kangarooing again! - sorry

I have been living with this since buying my S2000 in March 2000 and have tried the following to solve it to no avail.

Aus intake + household door insulation seal completely
Airbox mod
JR filter
beating up MAP sensor

Since I have been observing the symptoms for nearly four years now I wonder if anyone can comment on the following.

I have now noticed that the problem starts in traffic soon after the third bar appears on the coolant temp and will come and go once hot. I am starting to suspect that coolant temp is responsible for the problem on my car ie. the thermostat is not opening early enough and this is causing a problem somewhere on another sensor.

Another strange symptom is that it seems to be worse on less than half a tank of fuel.

As I said, any comments/opinions greatfully accepted.

Invest some of your hard earned cash and give the car to someone who knows what theyr'e doing, and who won't rip you off. Seems a shame you have a car like yours and you can't enjoy it properly

Good luck stowc and I hope you sort your problems out soon before the V-teccin' weather arrives.

This may be totally irrelevent on the S but , the last time i posted it , it was totally ignored so maybe it is bo**ocks .
last time , i promise.................

On some bikes , the Air Inlet Temperature Sensor ( AITS ) has not been positioned too sensibly and in traffic conditions heat from the engine tends to fool the ECU into what it is actually receiving. The problem stowc talks of is very similar to what i have seen described here a couple of times.

A simple repositioning mod has cured this problem on the Hayabusa , still not adopted by Suzuki confused though could it be a problem here ?

If the kangarooing is caused by fuel or air being restricted from the engine, why would warm air cause this restriction to happen. Surely if warm air was sensed, the system would allow more in to compensate?

Or does it restrict the fuel because much less of it is going to be burnt with the reduced oxygen in the warmer air?
