On the basis that the last thing that's changed is probably the cause of the new problem, sounds like TDI haven't tightened the adjusters up properly.
I really hope your right. feel like ive just threw £200 away
Well at least £120
9Meister in Warrington have done several owners cars from here for ~£80 and they know their $hit from preparing Porsche race cars
I never took my S to TDi North as they never had a 4 wheel laser kit.
That may have changed now though.

That's the only reason I can think of.

Alignment should be done at normal ride height, so the droplinks are in their normal positions. Slackening off the droplinks could mean the alignment is affected when you tighten them back up again.

I could go explain the ins and outs as to why...but it's basically because they will be abnormally stressed if you don't, and Chris at CG says so too

The geo won't be out after reconnecting them...I've had a fair few geo sheets to prove otherwise

Funny, Chris has never slackened my ARB drop links, or mentioned it when geo'ing my car Perhaps his rates have increased since Feb

Do they not offer a re-geo the first month or so when you're not happy?

you only disconnect usually for corner weighting or ride height setting, ARB links being connected should have no effect on GEO
as you said it doesn't alter after reconnecting them so they can't be stressed, this would only happen if you had a bent bar or differing ride heights side to side

Ah yes...you are right (as was everyone else). Every time I've been to Chris, I've had the corner weighting and ride height altered.

Sorry for the crap advice chaps.

Hopefully it wasn't one of the adjusters?
Did they check the set up and did you get a print out?
