Default knocking sound?

fitted some 30mm koni lowering springs about 6 weeks ago and had no problems untill now (not sure if its related) but there is a knocking sound coming from the front driver side wheel when i go over drains, pot holes or speed bumps. It seems to make the sound when the suspension decompresses.
i have taken the wheel off and checked all the visible bolts to see if anything is loose but cant see what the problem is.
anyone got any ideas ?
cheers
JM

Sounds like a bush has gone, could be the wishbone.

Sorry, can't help.

But I am curious as to what it said before "knocking".

Possible damper/bushes/drop link knackered.

Have you checked everything to make sure it's tight? Check the top mounts too they can knock if they come loose.

Sometimes on some lowering springs the coils touch as well, hence why some of them have some protective tubing over them to stop rattles and knocks, this could be a possible fix for you.
