Stock S2000's are boring!
2 months ownership you'll want to sort exhaust and induction!
Ignore Tommy, it won't be long before it's a classic, keep it stock! /> Amd welcome. />

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

By the time it's a classic in 50 years, we will all be dead!

Depressing thought, but you are probably right!
Having said that, if the mx5 is considered a classic, then why shouldn't the S2000 be in a few years? I definitely intend to live that long!

Mine is a daily too, will be interesting to see how I get on over winter its been great so far, minus when getting up for work and it feels like I am sitting on a block of ice when I get in the car! Mines a Moonrock with the hardtop, best/fastest colour

Welcome! keep it steady in the winter and like all of us get ready to rock on in the spring.. />
My advice would be to keep the hard top .. mine isn't a GT and after two winters out in all weather I'm on the search for a hard top - so you might regret getting rid of it after a while....

PS... Driven mine in two inch snow and simply the best if you are sensible ;D

I think it's because I just got it, I don't exactly know it inside out so I don't want to drive around when there's puddles like lakes, and ice and snow on the roads.

Back when HondaEvolutions was an active forum, I put up a thread introducing my change from civics to an S2000.

Basic sentiment was it's such a lovely and sorted car in stock form that I didn't plan on modifying it.

That was the last week in september.

8 weeks later I had an exhaust and CAI.

Three years later, see below. It's a slippery, enjoyable slope

Oh and if you DO plan on keeping in standard - for goodness sake do what you can to have NO contact with a modified one!

You'll like it. Then you'll dwell on it. Then you'll "just have a look in the fs section"...
