Default The list of doom

As the Carpers S2k death list seems to be dead an burried itself. I thought it about time we had a single thread of missery and dispair serving as a somber reminder for all the S2000's that dont make it out alive.
Oh and a gore pic fest as well.

Post your tales of s2000 specific diesel, standing water and general driving ineptitude here.

The only rule for the death club is YOU MUST POST PICS

I'll kick off with mine back in June 2006
30 degrees a beautiful clear day, no diesel, no standing water, just plenty of testosterone.
Overcooked the entry to a hairpin and met a car coming the other way

The result

Great resurrection, Pie!

I ran over the ally pipe of the Dyson with mine. No pics, unfortunately. But the pipe took a lot of straightening & was still tight to retract, so had to be replaced.

It's such a shame to see so many new users and so many write offs

You'd think spare engines would be 3 for a pound at breakers considering the number of "ooops" posts....

I think I'll get a kit car with an F20C in it.

Nobody will insure this car soon, but as you say plentiful donor cars at present.

Never seen so many numpties crashing cars as this last 3m or so.

I wouldn't do that if I were you. On the Monday at Spa, such a vehicle was returned to the pits, in bits on the back of the trailer...

You can take the engine from an S2000, but you can't take the "S2000" away from the engine!
