Default Looking for engine bay panel

Hi,

I am looking to tidy up the engine bay a bit more and want to replace the thin black plate (held by 5 large screws) that is between the Honda badge and bonnet release mechanism. It is badly corroded and it has been suggested to me that it would be easier to buy a new one than to recondition the old. Trouble is, I have looked at parts lists on line and cant find a description of what it is or where I might buy it. Any one have any ideas please?

WHile I am about it, I also want to find a replacement cover and bracket for what I think is the alarm module on the left hand side of the engine compartment as shown in the picture.
My S2000 is a 2002 model (pre face lift) and I live in Berkshire.
Thanks in advance
Roger

Get one, get it stripped and powder coated

https://www.tegiwaimports.com/genuin...0-ap1-ap2.html

Note the screws are not Phillips but some kind of funky phillips - called JIS as someone on here told me after I cut mine out. I replaced with stainless

The alarm cover they made a replacement on wheeler dealers, I returned mine. It's probably made by Hamilton and Palmer but I dunno if they still make it

Mine post..

Default Do I see a supercharger there?

Thanks for the advice. I will do that and perhaps take the alarm cover too. Is that a supercharger on your S2k? I have been tempted to do the upgrade.

Haha it's not subtle but yeah

I have a std one and the boosted one. There is a whole thread on the latter, the former is just like yours. Cherish that, enjoy it but going full mental is a different path. I like the fast one but it needs a lot of TLC

Honda (71103-S2A-000) does this come with the rubber seal or is that rubber seal an apiece that can be replaced separately. Mine is flattened and “deflated”. Which I think cause a bit of rattling.
