Default Looking for a Headunit

Hi Guys

Looking to buy a Headunit for my S and wondered if you had any recommendations.

Want it to work with the Dash controls and an Iphone. Want to be able to charge the I-phone as well.
Would like it to plug in the back of the Headunit.

Cheers

Luke

Lots of good info in the Electronics forum here

Most aftermarket HUs will work with dash controls, provided you get an adaptor (do a search for DCI to find lots of info there).

Only the newer HUs tend to work with an iPhone. The Alpine iDA series are popular.

I put a DEH-7100BT in mine (EU model, not US one) which supports USB devices and iPod. Dash controls retained with a Modifry interface.

Worth a shout.
