Glad you and the car are all ok, take it easy out there. Hopefully that'll be the first and last.

It's about this time of year that the contenders for Cheshire's list start lining up.

Ahh the infamous S2000 specific diesel spillage
Well saved though!
I went through some Diesel the other day. A bus had broken down and had leaked it all over the road. I went to turn into a left hand juction about 20 yards after the spillage and by front's just went straight on. I was only going slowly but it just shows what a bit of Deisel can do. You'd have no chance driving at speeds.

Oh and I wagged by tail out back and forth and ended up scrapping the left hand side of the car after owing the S for a month!

Get on a training day with Andy Walsh (www.carlimits.com), best additional to the car you ever spend you money on and great fun too.

Nick

I've only had one unscheduled ring clencher and that was at about 8k in 3rd when the whole car decided to go 90 degrees but was lucky to collect her ok after a few wobbles.

Shit me pants a bit then burst out laughing!

One really needs a fast track, in order to show any differences in performance.

OTR, it is hard to eke out any real advantage, beyond a certain performance level.

I suppose it must be very irritating for 'throrghbred' performance car drivers to be unable to shake off Jap crap, the same way some here are irritated that they cannot shake off pox boxes.
