Lowering drivers seat

Whats the best way to lower an my07 drivers seat?

Is there any way to mount the seat lower?

Back Yard Special seat rail, or aftermarket seat. That's about it. Can lower the base a touch by repositioning the attachment points on the OEM seat, but needs hammer and welding gear.
