Default Manifold help

In my quest to mod the S slightly, i have came across a manifold i like.

So far i have a de cat, spoon filter and snorkle. Im looking at a 4-2-1 manifold, as i believe this will help lower down the rev range (Correct me if im wrong regarding the 4-2-1).

Its a ceramic manifold, are there any problems with these as opposed to stainless steel, or is it just looks? Link herehalf way down the page) http://www.whifbitz.co.uk/s2000-exhausts.htm

I am not modding anymore after these mods, im not after massive gains but with my above setup with the addition of the manifold will i notice a little difference?

I have had experience of these mods before on my yaris and it made quite a difference, although its a totally different car to my S.

Cheers

Hmm, looked at the manifold and hope that isn't the S2000 one, seems to have a few bends missing.

Compare with this one

Glad to see they have coded the website so you can't right click

Yeah it seemed a bit odd, makes me wonder if they actually do a ceramic 4-2-1 manifold

DC sports do make them in Ceramic. When it comes to manifolds, I wouldnt skimp. The fact its ceramic is ok, apart from they can crack in extreme heat and then you can get localised corrosion underneath.

Do a search on the tuning forums on this site for some ideas. Some dont do much, others such as the J's racing give some impressive results.

Not that DC are bad by any means, I dont know much about them on the S. I did have one on the ITR though.
