Thanks.

Yeah, it seems as though CV grease NEVER wants to get cleaned up.

The difference now is unreal! I keep waiting for the vibrations when I'm in VTEC...

They are great roads round there

These are some photos from earlier this year - I forgot to post them.

I had a very rattly roof catch on the passenger side. Upon removal of the pillar trim (which just pull off, followed by a couple of screws for the roof light) it turned out that one of the screws holding the striker plate to the window frame were completely loose.

I removed both of them and re-fitted with some loctite to hopefully stop it happening again.

I've also been slowly replacing rusted fasteners in the engine bay in various locations - I'm using specs from Honda parts list to order new stainless ones in each application. You'll see the airbox clips looking tired in one photo here. I'll clean and powdercoat those soon.

And I've powdercoated some bits and pieces - radiator stays, battery bracket and so on. Got the alarm box and some other bits to do soon.

Refurbished and powdercoated the wiper arms and fitted CRZ / Insight blades from Honda

Some more little bits of refurbishment. Airbox clips, hose bracket, alarm box fasteners (will remove the casing for this in future and re-finish).

Removed, wirebrushed, cleaned, powdercoated, refitted (with new fasteners where applicable).
