Nice, looking smart. Out of interest, where do you get your powder coating done? You must have a decent relationship to make it economic to do so many bits 'piecemeal'?

Ah, cunning! Proper system, or DIY oven?

Well, yeah. It's as proper as anything really. Haha.

Got an electric powered gun, home made spray booth(s) and I use a second-hand electric Bosch kitchen oven for baking.

Nicely done! Wish I had the space for it. Will have to make do with POR15 instead!

Original set up was just a small pizza oven - smaller than a microwave, haha. Don't need much space at all.

Your oven is just the limit for the size of parts you coat as it needed baked obviously.

I like this car. It's been really well done, sensible modifications and not over the top. I like the fact that you can do your own powder coating. And the photos are great, as well!

Replaced the bonnet catch with a new one the other day. Also added some stainless fasteners.

Tip for those replacing theirs - use some tape to mark out the position of your current lock, top and left / right edges. This will save you having to align the new one up with the striker afterwards.

It comes a little greased from Honda but I also coated the back with a load of white spray grease.
