Default mechanics workshop

I am a feckin numpty when it comes to mechanic stuff.

I would be really interested in learning a bit more how to do DIY on the car or even just knowing what to look for when something goes wrong.

Would anyone who has some experience fancy running a 1/2 day or 1 day "training" for some of us numpties?

Is anyone else interested in learning?

Plenty of space round my gaff at the moment to run this.

Leave this wide open to suggestions.

Your local college will do a 'car maintenance' course that will teach you the basics, ususally over a few weeks and they never charge much. That's how I first learned as a kid.

I've learnt some of this through here

xviper's guides in UTH in particular are very good.

I've changed brake pads, I could do discs, done my spark plugs and next I'm going to try oil changes.
