Steve, there are probably very limited options if you don't want to have to import from the US or Japan.
Gentoo is in the process of negotiating a Mugen group buy with a supplier who has recently set up in Glasgow. You can find a link to their website below. Might be worth seeing whether they stock it or, if not, contact them and see how much they would charge to source one for you.

Steve, I'm not sure whether the group buy is closed - I know Gentoo is waiting for prices based on the quantities people had previously notified to hiim.
Even if it is too late (and I'm by no means sure, so it's probably worthwhile contacting Gentoo - just don't be surprised if it's too late in the process to try to add a wing
), it may be worth contacting these people yourself to save yourself the hassle of importing.
I think they will quote on an import duty and VAT inclusive basis, so there's none of the uncertainty of whether you will get stiffed by HMC&E if you import yourself.

Alternatively Steve, have a look in the main FS&W board - there's always all manner of stuff up for sale in there. I've arranged to buy a nearly new Mugen manifold from a guy in the US for quite a bit less than King or GP Shop would charge me.
Do a search in there. If you don't get any joy, you can always post a Want To Buy thread and see whether it gets any interest.
