Firstly, I'm really sorry to hear about the engine letting go. That is such bad luck.
That is such a good write up, with some excellent pictures. It would seem that Chris is indeed a man of many talents.
I can't imagine the stress when you were lifting that engine out of your car.
All of this completed on your drive is pretty damn amazing imho.
Glad you're now running fine, have you noted much difference between this engine and the original?
