New Engine Problems :-(
Recheck all the lines like the others have said. Remove the throttle body and shine a torch down the inlet manifold, it will be obvious if coolant has washed through it as the manifolds are normally black inside from oily build up. In your case you would expect a clean mark around the cylinder closest to the throttle body.
The S2000 has loads of coolant lines for the IACV, Throttle body so it would be easy to mix something up. I would be tempted to rip off all the coolant lines you have connected around that area and start it up again and see if the water stops. Only let it run for a little while thou!
Its not the end of the world mate, i done something similar with my old rover where i replaced the engine but got the vacuum lines mixed up. I had oil being pulled out of the cylinder head via vacuum when it should of gone to the hose before the throttle body. It was smoking like a blown engine until i realised what had happened. Hopefully this will be an easy fix.

Can you tell me if there is any water in the engine oil? Did coolant only start to pour out as the coolant became pressurised (hot) or was it pouring out water from the beginning?
Lets possibly save some time on this topic, where are you based? If you're local I'll come have a look

They are just a breaker, not a specialist in anything in particular.
I have bought a few bits from them over the years. Nothing on the scale of a whole engine though. They seem to be pretty reputable.
