Looking great, love it.

Should have kept the OEM steering wheel though.

I really Really Disliked it

However I do still have it safely tucked away, I may have it retrimmed in the future.

Why?

It looks so much better than aftermarket tat.

iirc Robin A3 does retrims and can increase the width etc.

Hold onto that barrier. the minute you think you've tamed the tiger and it won't bite you in the nads, your nads will be gone. To quote Nick Graves "The S2000 is like an authoritarian teacher; if it catches you staring out of the window in class it will throw the board rubber at your head".

In fairness, the S handles and grips well but is sensitive to control inputs and grip levels, overly aggressive inputs or a failure to recognise there is less grip than assumed, or a combination of the two may end up in a trip to the body shop.

FWIW I think you're dong the right thing, drive the car, get to know it and build up gently. Track days help as do handling days such as this one Car Limits; I learned more about the car in a day than I had in 18 months of ownership.
