Default New Radiator

Very simple job to do

Took a couple of hours but most of that time was removing and replacing the Mugen intake.

Nice bit of bling there Steven

Hope you put a new rubber washer on the fan temp switch as they usually leak from there.

Running cooler now?

I was aware of this problem and there is no way the rubber washer on the Mugen thermostat would ever have sealed. I replaced this with a flat radiator washer and put plenty threadlocker onto the thread before screwing it in.

Looks like it has sealed OK.

Andy, the new radiator is more efficient than the standard radiator and should help the engine to run a bit cooler. With the cams, final drive and ECU being changed the engine will get a bit hotter than a standard engine.

Less likely to overheat on the track.
