I'll drive it top down in any condition (apart from when its raining) and at any temperature. I have been known to have a top down blast in December when it was snowing.

Feel like a tosser tbh, I know you shouldn't care but I never have the top down unless it's sunny (that includes a cold sunny day).

Until I get round to fitting heated seats, I'll keep the top down moments to warm spring nights and summer nights, done it in winter a few nights but it gets cold (Most my journey is motorway speeds) so bit too cold really.

Driving at night on a nice clear evening with the roof down is great, who cares about what other people think

Im used to the cold.... -2 on the motorbike at 70mph!! That is cold!! So top down is nice imo with warm feet and hands, I pop on my bobble hat if it is cold but clear, I keep it in the car ready to go. Guess im one of those who like the top down as much as possible. 4 wheels doesnt mean have a roof... :-)

Got a bit of gip from 5 guys in a passat at the lights... possibly as I refused to join in the sausgae fest... lol.

^ agree!

Subshine any time of the year means roof down! As does anything but rain really!

Mind you, high wind can be a pain in the neck (literally) during winter!

As for 5 blokes in a Passast, I really don't think they had the upper hand in any way! Quite the opposite in fact!
