Default No more S2000

I've been waiting a while to post this up, simply cuz its been a little difficult to let go.

I part exchanged my S2000 for a Golf 5 TDi.... gasp.. i know !

I know what your thinking, but finances have tightened up a huge amount recently, and the S2k was about to be due for some serious money to keep it on the road. I bailed while i had the chance, and am driving a daily runner til things settle down again, but in due time will get myself another S2000.

Look forward to being part of the team agian soon.

Its a horrible feeling! Just done that on mine as well 2 weeks ago. Need to get another house so its gone. Just collected an R56 Cooper S. Out of puff by 6500RPM just when my old car was getting going

How are you finding the Golf?

haha, rub it in MQ

Likewise MB, you made it even more difficult to sell mine after seeing yours at the track. Didnt see you out though.

I now have something to look / work towards, buying another S2000. YAY

Oh Jon

Hope you can get back in one soon.

Did you sell all your bits separately or they gone with the car?

Unfortunately sold it with all the bits on.

Didnt have time to part it out, was that close to death.

I drove to work in the morning, decided to sell it, and it was gone that day.

Sad, but had to be done.

So sorry to read this.

I'll miss you on the Ricky Run too. Your exhaust sounded great.

Hopefully it's not too long before you're back in an S.

You're always welcome to passenger on the Ricky if you have withdrawal symptoms
