Thumbs up Notchy 1st to 2nd

My GB has always been quite notchy when cold going 1st to 2nd once warmed up it is fine. However it becomes annoying.

I have my Transmission oil changed every 9000, religiously, and have always used Redline MTL.

Any ideas how to stop it being notchy when cold?

Ta

IF your serious Ian im sure Viper over in US did had a massive thread
going about syncros and different oils etc.
I looked into this when I had my first (02) S as it was the worst thing
about the car.

Russ.

Low mileage car?

Mine certainly suffers. It was pretty bad on January mornings.

This gearbox only has 51k on it - it's always been like it, ever since it went in at 9k miles old together with 05 engine and Clutch (when the car had 126k on)

The car has 168k now

Push down and left a little more on the gearknob, works a treat for me.
