Default Number plate flipper

Hey lads, anyone any experience with these? I dont want to drill holes in my Amuse bumper or use the default mounting holes as they'll cause the plate to obscure the radiator. As it stands i've the plate thrown inside the windscreen. I was thinking of taking a small bit of the bumper off and mounting this "Number Plate Flipper!" so i can drop it when i park up or need it. A bit like this lad has on his Supra:

Seems expensive though....

And a solonoid operated bolt to lock in position for when the filth stop you and wonder where the plate had come from.

Am i missing something?, say your on a bypass going over 60mph isn't the plate then out of view from the police and speed camera's thus illegal? or are they not bothered about the front plate (only the rear)?.

Wouldn't driving within the speed limits past speed cameras be a cheaper option?
