Default O2 Sensor

got a CEL today (been getting them, and resetting them - thought it was my cat) it turns out it is the O2 Sensor that needs replacing itself. Told the dealer not to bother, as it is going in for its 108k service soon anyway.

But thought - can I use a second hand one, like get it off a breaker? or are they cheap as chips anyway?

Do you have a definitive list of all (if any more) failures in 108,000 miles....

Inpressive if this is the only failure (rather than warranty work).

AE - On turbo cars the O2 can fail very quickly. A lot of people use this place - www.cats-direct.com

For a fraction of the cost. I would prefer a breaker though, as they have the correct connector block on there. Lambda wires can't be soldered so you end up fiddling around a bit. Can be done though!
