Front plate is in the best place I think - it's legal and doesn't stick out - happy with the compromise.

I'm having mine done next week. As you have just had yours done can you give me a quick idea of what you did with the number plate mount. You mention L-shaped brackets, is this something you knocked up yourself and how did you fit them to the car?

I'm also considering having the H badge removed but I'm unsure at the mo,is it worth doing?

The old plastic thing the plate sat on? I yanked it off ages ago - temp filled the holes with P40 and painted over with touch up pen to hide them until i could get around to getting it all smoothed and painted properly and yes, the plate brackets are just L shaped metal screwed to the bumper.

Sorry, I didnt mean the old mount, I meant how did you mount the plate now. Anyway, L-shaped brackets screwwed to the bottom of the bumper it is then. Yours looks good!Cheers
