Passed with two adversaries stating there was corrosion on both subframes.

Time to book it in for some dinitrol action!

55 plate at 100k (supercharged) just had an advisory for "very light misting of oil on rear shock". Mechanic thought this wasn't too much of an issue as you'd see that on a 30k VW.

Failed! All 4 tyres, most worn on the inner shoulder. Failed on the handbrake too, looks like the reconditioned caliper mechanism has failed.

Passed again! 52plate, 74,000 miles. Small advisory lightly corroded brake lines. Nothing too difficult to fix

Passed, Single advisory this year - 56 plate on 72Kmiles. Very very slight play in nearside read control arm bush. Same MOT place as last year that pointed out cracks in tyre valves - didn't find them this year - bit odd as I haven't changed them - gettign the wheels recon'd this winter as the rear tyres are ready for replacement - so they will be done then...

The bush will wait until it's yearly visit to grinspeed.

Passed again with flying colours , and this year all of the emissions were perfect as a result of a very hot car and a tester who knew what he was doing , whacking his adjustable stick on the trottle and holding 2800rpm keeping the Berk Cat nice n hot .

funny standing under car car I asked about the bits of surface rust reappearing through the powder coat on the subframes , he said not really bothered inlets there was significant pitting which would make him look further , and mine was mearly surface so of no structural significance . I tend to agree.

101914 miles - another year, another pass. Seems that 2,000 miles a year has been my 'thing' for the past 3 years.

7th pass with no advisories in a row. 2001 with 62'000 on the clock. It's only ever failed once and that was headlight aim.
Its not down to luck though, I do look after it and it's Honda.
