Default The old chestnut again!

I known this question gets asked way too frequently already, but I need new rear tyres and hate the OEM Bridgestones, so what alternatives are people using and how do they stack up against Potenzas?

A few years ago I replaced the Potenzas on my WRX with Eagle GSD3's and it transformed it, but I'm not sure if they'd suit the S.......

Any comments welcome.

Cheers,

See the various Yoko AD-08 threads, they seem a good replacement.

Have a search for Eagles and so on.

I got Hankook Ventus V12 EVO on mine now, they are softer than the Brudgestones, but they have an excellent amount of grip and were very reasonable.

On the US side if the forum there was a tire test done and they bested Michelin Pilot Sports even on track day use. I'd recommend them, I got mine from camskill.

Hope it helps

F1 Assymetrics get my vote. On my second set now. Great wet or dry road tyre and good wear rates.

+1 for the Assyms, wish I could get them in the right size for the Rays.

What do you find so bad about the OEM Bridgestones?

Not another tyre thread!
Can't you figure out how the search works?
What sort of muppet can't find the info already posted?

By the way, when you up for a breakfast run?

Bit harsh mate don't you think (especially when he's a paid member and you're a guest)...
