Default Origin hardwiring

I'm planning to do this soon into the free connect (1 of them) in the fuse box but how do I ground it??

The connect cables don't have a ground for plugging/attaching.

I'll put a 1A inline fuse in though

If you lok futher up on the drivers side foot well on the right hand side there is a grounding point there.

This is what i used for the bell and RA.

Just make sure you dont drop the screw.

Thanks.

Anyone know how I can create a wire to ground it though?

The B2 cabling does not obviously come with a specific wire for grounding.

I'm sure it does, just cut the fag lighter plug off and you got 2 wires in there one + one - .

Here's what you got when you lop off the ciggie lighter plug:

These wires are minute and a decent wire stripper is required

Soldered ground loop to the blue cable, in line 1A fuse (in holder) and female quarter inch spade connector on positive red wire (it is soldered under the insulation tape )

Connected to gound point R footwell above the bonnet release

Positive connected to ignition on free connect in fuse box

It works

Dash mounted GPS antenna

The antenna cable and power cables slot behind windscreen and down between dash and door in a handy gap.

Nice photos, you went for the mounting on top of the dash option, I mounted mine in front of the vent.

Now you see it:

Now you don't:

To do this I tightend up the flap (see below) so it was at a fixed angle and then just fixed it in place with the supplied double sided tape, there's enough surface area in the vent to give it a good fix.

Also did you know you can take the cradle apart and make the wire come out of the right side rather than out of the left side, you may of done this, cant tell from your photos.
