Hi all,

Recently my original bank 1 o2 sensor (pre-cat) threw a p2a00 code so I bought a new one online.

Being a Yorkshireman I opted to find the cheapest possible direct fit. The company is bought it from maintains that it is compatible with my car (2007 ukdm) however having fitted it I've got a p1157 that won't budge.

I Googled it and a lot of people are saying to avoid non oem parts, but without knowing for sure if that will solve the problem I'm reluctant to spend more money.

Has anyone had this experience in the UK?

Alternatively if any kind soul wants to temporarily swap out their sensor in the name of science, to see if it does fix the problem that would be great
