Default Plate Holder

Hi looking for a front plate holder as i now have a 5 digit plate to go on instead of the 7 so will be getting a shorter plate made up.

I have found this

http://www.ricks2k.com/products/plateholder.php

Does any one know of any where in the UK that sells a similair product?

Cheers Dan

The "Rick's" bracket is drilled for North American license plate holes if that makes any difference for your use.

Seven (7) inches center to center.

The bracket looks as good as any front bracket. Some US states don't require front plates and some guys ignore the requirement. I don't need the hassle of the police stopping me for no front plate. The 25 is a county number. I have no idea why we need one but it's another requirement.

You could just use some 3m Dual Lock instead. It's basically industrial velcro. I've been using it to keep my front number plate in place for over 4 years, and it's never come off once. And come MoT time it takes 5 seconds to put my legal front plate back on

That's what I'd do, either double sided tape or one of those retracting ones so you can hide the plate away in the grille on meetings/trackdays etc

Dual lock here too. Mine's mounted on the 'chin' of the bumper, looks loads better.
