Default PLM fitted

New PLM manifold fitted.. loving the new rasp sound, and the butt-dyno definitely registers a nice power increase across the range, that with the ingalls etd have made quite a bit of difference in engine response and power (i think)...

Any problems with fitment? Did you get the decat too? I don't think I can be arsed to wait for the Tegiwa offering so may well get my order placed for the PLM.

How long did it take to arrive?

4ish days to arrive... fitment was spot on, and no extra duty or taxes... so £309 in total, and that included new donut gasket, gasket fix and manifold gasket... you should get an ETD as well just to make sure it doesn't rub anywhere.

Impressive.

I'd already fitted an ETD as I was about to order a PLM but held off.

Will PM him next then, ta.

You need to remap the car to maximise the gains...

But yeh, I have had my PLM for maybe 8 months now and it is well worth it. Especially for £300. Although I did the expensive route of changing the mounts to harder mounts on the engine and gearbox rather than the ETD because the mounts look tidier and supposedly give a better feel with none of the rattle.

yeah, know i do need to get a remap (and a re-mappable ecu to actually be able to get a remap), only trouble is, there isn't anywhere in Jersey that can do remaps, so it would be a trip to the UK on the nasty vomit comet. Haven't had any rattle from the etd, but i do know some have that issue.

Seriously, that PLM manifold is beautifully constructed and is cheaper than the Tegiwa offering.

It's where i'd spend my money.
