It's a 2004 so I am assuming that they're siezed. Cheaper to polybush than get the mugen bushes put in (correct me if I'm wrong) because of having to buy the arms

You don't need new arms if you go mugen route. If mugen don't do a bush it's because it's either a low wear bush or Honda do on ie upper rear.
On the 04 you need the front mugen ones, mugen lower and toe arm bushes and stock Honda upper rears.

Hi, I'm looking at getting my bushes changed also, as fitting coilovers, so seems a good opportunity to give the suspension area a bit of a refresh!
Was going to get this done by DMS but they 'did one' it seems (they did my GEO 3 years ago, 1 bolt was seized IIRC)! So would be interested in hearing any information you guys get from TGM (as they seem the best place locally to get this done).
