You should also note that a written off car, even though it is less than 3 years old would not have any manufacturers warranty on it.

edit

Pardon me being a bit cynical here but the seller obviously knows little about these cars as he had to correct the engine size in the advert - advertises a Honda S2000 and states the engine size as 1600?

Doesn't really inspire confidence.

Arguably it is cheap. Two grand less than I sold my good(ish) example for 4 months ago. However personal preference would be to buy a straight older car or perhaps buy a cat D to repair myself. Rather than a ropey one from Frank in Rotherham. TBH if I never go to Rotherham again it will be too soon

Never been there. Is it as bad as Nottingham?

Oh far far far worse. Think of Beirut without the weather, employment and beach. Cumbernauld is worse but I can't think of many others.

When the phrase "It's grim oop north" was coined, I suspect that it was Rotherham they had in mind

You haven't been to Coatbridge then.

I agree, I think the only issue is the black SRS cover on the passenger side, but I suppose someone could buy a red one for the future.

I think the bumpers look better anyway

at StevenM!

Loved that comment about Nottingham! I almost bit...

I went to a nightclub in Rotherham once, called Travolli's. My mate assured me that "if you don't pull at Travolli's, you need your balls cutting off."

My balls looked in dire threat, then, when I walked in and noticed that me and my three 19-year-old mates lowered the average age in the room by about 0.01 of a year to 79. Full of old trouts, wannabe teddy boys and people who lost their own teeth several ice ages ago. Pull?

I spent the rest of the night trying to break into Millmoor. Didn't succeed. I've never been back and I never want to. Much as I love the area, the towns of South Yorkshire (Donny, Barnsley, Mexborough and indeed big old Sheff itself) are not a great advert for the north...

I've been to some duff towns in Scotland, mind. Alloa springs to the forefront of the brain, as does Thurso. But the rest of the country more than makes up for it!
