Flash Chrome will be my choice following my recent experience with Smoked chrome.

What is flash as compared to smoked? Guessing smoked is darker?

Just found some examples and they look the same to me

Smoked chrome and flashed chorme is similar in a way where they have a black base coat, but have a different intensity of silver coat above.

In the showroom, the smoked chrome looked 'bling' enough for me, but in outside condition, they looked quite black. so to get the slight chrome effect in outside condition, i think the flashed chrome will do a better job.

Added Black for you!

I voted for sparkly silver - no idea what it is though
I'd suggest Smoked Chrome graduating from full chrome on front to solid black from behind the spokes.
Front then looks good and the bit you can't get to for cleaning doesn't show the dirt!

Something like this!

Mikey's look like an OEM finished product and would look great with blue.
The rest tend to look like a cover up job.
