Default Powdercoating some parts

Im having a few bits of 'engine dress up/bling' powdercoated next week and wanted to see if I had overlooked any possibilities.....

So far:

Rocker cover
Brake brace
Strut brace brackets
Rad stays
Battery stay
Bumper top bracket/seal thing :-/... the long thin plate along the bonnet catch.

surely good for an extra 5bhp

Just buy a Aluminium VTEC solenoid cover - you can get them off ebay for pennies

I paid no more than a tenner delivered for mine which in my view, is what it is worth.

be extremely carefull what they use to prepare the rocker cover for powder coating,
if they use a sand blaster make sure you look for blasting remnants before you fit it to your car,

if there is any left that makes it to the oil channels, oil pump, bearings then your engine will fail

blasting particles in the oil at 9K RPM = epic engine failure
please be careful

Thanks - I have already briefed them Rob, told them not to blast the rocker cover but chemically strip instead due to my worries as you mentioned above!
