I had a power floe on my xsara vts, was ok on that sort of car but a bit chav for an S.

Although it sounded ok, really the quality was shit at best, i experianced the following:

1. poorly bent pipes ment that it didn't fit properly on fouled the underside of the car on corners causing a lot of noise.
2. the managed to leave a great big lump of exhaust sealer in the centre box which went hard and started to rattle.
3. Once system was fitted the VTS started chewing through downpipe gaskets at a rate of 1 every 10000 miles.

Again, alot depends on the quality of the person building!!

Yes heard good and bad things about Powerflow, I think it depends a lot on where you go. I was going to get one on my FTO, then went and had a chat to the people in Worcester and something just put me off. I ended up getting a custom exhaust from Longlife, which I was very impressed by. I have thought about going back to them with the S, because the FTO one I had had a nice note to it without being too loud, and all the S exhausts seem to be of the "Oh my God it's so LOUD" variety.
