Last tailgater I smoked (literally in the Diesel) was an umarked cop, tried to undertake me as I was overtaking him and two other ahead of him from a roundabout on a DC, speed up to 85 ish got past, watched him pull over to my bumper, moved over and slowed to set the cruise...200 yards later the blues & twos come on...

Big lecture (& producer) for 77 in a 70 limit...another 200 yards & my average would have been 70...it was the lecture bit that I had to bite my tongue for....accepting I had speed for 200 yards max,(accelerated from 30 to takeover speed) he went on for 20 miuntes about scraping people up & if I'd hit someone (no houses for miles) he get me sent down (pleaseeee) & that a pretty boy (36 but I'd take any compliments) like me would be basically bummed to within an inch of my life!

Look I wasn't dangerous, that was you, or reckless in my manoevres & over a half mile my speed would have been within the limits....but suggesting I'd be the taker not the giver!!! the cheeky get....

During that time with blues on...he did comment as a souped up Saxo, turbo whistling came past us at about 120....there the ones he should be pulling & not a sensible looking bloke like me...............
