Donut on the front of the cat and Triangular one with three bolts holes on the rear!

Any buzzing I had was loose lambda or knackered cat honeycomb. For some reason it sounded further back than it actually was.

I did check both fo the O2 sensors as well.

Did you install the 3 bolt side first then tighten the 2 springs?

If you did the front first it usually pushes the knuckle further back up which can catch on the underside at certain revs.
