Default Rear drivers side knocking

hi. Im posting to see if anyone would know what my problem is. i have a small knocking noise on the drivers rear. only when hitting multiple bumps at once. so jacked it up earlier, the shocks look fine with no oil leakage from the shock. checked spare wheel was tight and all seemed good. i checked all the suspension bolts and joints and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. then came the drive shafts. There is slight play in both but to me it doesn't seem very bad, and if they both have play then shouldn't both sides knock? one thing to add though i am lowered on pss coilovers at around 30-40 mm and i am currently not running driveshaft spacers. could this be my problem?

so today got the toe arm bush out and changed. what a pain in the arse! The bolt was seized to the bush so i cut both sides out. then on removed i found that the out metal layer had also seized to the toe arm so had to go at it with a chisel. So got it sorted but didn't even attempt the other side which still needs to be done. Get in the car and drive it down the road and the knock is still there! pissed! so now im still trying to find out what it is :/

Has it got pillow ball top mounts on the coilovers, if so this is often a source of knocking with the slightest of play.

Changed one of my ARB links because of knocking 3 days ago, left the other for now, thought it would take 30mins > 1.5 hours and in darkness by the time i finished on my back and wheels on, stupid soft hex allen key on the old link...
The ball was dry and worn, could only feel play once removed

=more haste less speed i started a 1900hrs

The other one will be done soon
