I have looked in the FAQ's etc and can't find any help is it possible to renew the rear perspex screen in the hood without having to resort to getting a full hood as a replacement? If so who does it and what price?

I got mine replaced at honda some years ago

cost quite a bit almost 400.

recommended to get glass upgrade

 

its not often cost effective as said it costs around £400 when complete new roofs start at around £650ish fitted.

I nearly bought one with a cracked rear plastic screen.
A quick google and few phonecalls and I found a place in Birmingham that would replace the plastic screen for around £50-£60.

They cut the stitching out the old plastic and remove it, cut a new piece of plastic to size and stitch in back in with a hand held high power sewing machine.

Not as nice as a new roof with glass, but a lot cheaper if you just need something to get you through the winter.
