Default Rear upper ball joint replacement?

Hi All,

The ball joint on the rear upper arm (drivers side) is in need of replacement. Honda only sell it with the complete arm, which is crazy money. Looking online there seem to be options for the front ball joint, but not so many for the rear.

I've come across SPC ball joints, but they say its only for 17" wheels and I'm on the original 16" ones...

Looks like my only option to get a secondhand arm from a breakers but I don't know what condition that will be in.

Has anybody had similar issues?
