Default Rear Wheel Arches

Just washing the crud off from under the rear wheel arches and noticed the black was coming off, revealing a pale metal (not bare) are the arches undersealed and is that what is coming off or is it just years of dirt?

I'd of thought it's the underseale coming off. I'd just give it a good wire brush when it's dry and paint over it with some new underseale.

Chad.

Yes halfrauds will sell you some, but don't you have an independent autostore near you that will be cheaper/more knowledgeable ?
