Default Removal and refitting guide for front bumper

I did a search and checked the FAQ'S but couldn't find it.
I just need something to show my panel beater so there is no c**k ups!

Any help would be appreciated.

http://www.ricks2k.com/info/instructions/diffuser.pdf

In this document are instructions for how to do it.

My main tip is to have two people one to hold it while you pull it off so it doesn't hit the ground and scratch.

Not sure if there's one on here but there's a guide to fitting headlamp diffusers on Rick's accessories site here, which involves removal and replacement of the bumper. This is the guide I used when I did mine.

the wheel arch bolts are trickier than they look - but took me about an hour max to get it off - reckon i could do it much faster next time though

I managed to do mine on my own and it took about twenty minutes to remove the old one. Although I wasn't being careful with it as it was cracked to bits.
Took about half an hour to put the new one on.
