Replace top of dash?
There's a car I'm looking at buying but the top of the dash is marked where someone damaged it, the options are to try and get it repaired or to replace it, how much would a replacement top dash cost and how difficult would it be to do?

Afraid not, its on a car I'm looking to buy, looks a bit like ink but it was caused by a dealer wedging the price thing between the dash and window, it doesn't feel scratched though.
